Rose Crest Assisted Living Facility, formerly Cottage View Assisted Living, was officially transferred ownership to Dr. Carlos Ramirez DHA, MSN, RN., who changed the name to Compassionate Senior Care 24/7. CSC 24/7 Assisted Living is a premium assisted living community located at 103 S. Haskell Drive in El Centro. The facility has capacity for 14 beds and has options for both private and shared rooms.

Dr. Ramirez first stepped foot at Rose Crest Assisted Living in 2023, when his long-time friend/colleague Dr. Alidad Zadeh, the previous owner of Rose Crest, approached him and asked if he’d be interested in helping out the facility by improving outcomes, customer service and more. After a few months, Dr. Ramirez was offered to buy the facility, and after months of training and successful surveys by DSS Dr. Ramirez became the new owner effective October 1, 2024.
